Brought a watch in for repair in May. They forgot it for a month. Ultimately told me that they no longer repair this model and gave me the name of a local jeweler. Had hoped for better.

I have never had such a bad experience in any luxury brand store / boutique. I had the worst experience in this Gucci store, with a salesperson named Andrew. I went through other people's comments. I found a lot of similarities. It was careless, rude and extremely unprofessional. Overall, he made me feel i was not welcomed and he was uncomfortable to interact with. No pleasantries, no smiles, no "thank you for shopping here"... nothing... I went to the store for a quick gift shopping. I decided to make my purchase 10 minutes after i walked in the store. I confronted the store manager "is this the way you want or expect to be treated, when you walk in a store and make a purchase?"

Had the drivers I couldn’t find online. I was in clothing from work, not looking as dapper as their usual customers. The staff was very helpful, treated me politely and didn’t make an issue about the Joe’s Juice I brought in.
