Fraudulent charges on our Uhaul rental. He flat out lied about when he had to pick it up. We rented the truck from Taylor Rental in Camillus and picked up up with 1/2 tank fuel. We drove the truck 35 miles. The next morning we called the local Uhaul franchise drop off who told us we could drop the truck there so we did. The FOLLOWING DAY (Day 3) we drove past the Uhaul rental place and the truck was no longer there. On day 4 Taylor Rental charged us $430, they claim we did not drop it at the correct location. They charged us for 4 days of rental even though we put more gas in than when we picked it up. He charged us for a beat up tow dolly that we didn't even use, the truck already had one. We are complaining to Uhaul about this franchise. The whole building is sketchy and falling apart, they rent 25 year old dirty weed eaters, don't know how they're still in business.

Had friendly and helpful service. Proactively offered to rent a machine out late in the day for minimum amount of hours so I could have it the additional day they were closed while still only paying for four hours.

I didn't know where to get a tiller for my garden until someone suggested Taylor Rental. The price was good and the staff were great. The best part is the tiller worked perfect. I was able to finish in less than the time I paid for.
