This establishment is under staffed and terrible with time management! They are always behind on pre-orders and uber eats order. I constantly recieve the wrong orders, and when you try and let staff know no one is apologetic and fixs it. I work from home I cannot always go into the store, so I uber eats often and everytime I do not physically go into store my order is always messed up. Terrible terrible service! I know this isn't hurting you all of you lose one customer, BUT I will not be returning. Do better Panera cooperations!

This Panera is located near Pitt. There are often students studying here or people having meetings. The food is good and staff is friendly. Bathrooms were always clean when I used them. It's a good spot to get some studying done while enjoying some good food.

I got the steak, egg and cheese on a bagel and first and foremost, if you like fully cooked steak, DO NOT order. The manager said that they recieve the steak pre-cooked and frozen in a bag that they simply heat up in hot water. Secondly, if you rush order, don't customize because they completely ignore it!
