This place had a a lot of good and bad times. Most of the time employees and children would get yelled at by Matthew and Victor was very verbal in a rude way at times. One thing in particular was the roach infestation and the kids did not have the right nutritionist meals. They were served horribly! Since parents are desperate they will keep sending their kids and it’s no wonder why they only pay a membership once a year for under $100. However, I was with this company for a while until they let me go and it is a decent job for high schoolers and if you need a job ASAP. But there is a reason why so many people leave so quickly at this job and I have no idea how it’s still standing. As a person I do not believe Matthew in particular is fit to be a head of a club. He tends to have episodes and starts yelling at employees and threatens to fire in front of others. Personally if I had to speak to an employee I would pull them aside but I guess he wanted to look like he has power because he is a white guy and he doesn’t care about how these parents or children feel when they come here. He will acknowledge the problem but will laugh it off later with the employees. This place is not what it seems like. And I took my time to write this because I hear how angry parents are when there kids don’t eat or do not not feel comfortable there. But working here was honestly like walking on egg shells. :(

Their director had and I had an appointment. He left. I walked in and the women at the front desk said he just left and laughed at me. This is my fault for thinking this community would be able to have any program that actually functions. I saw kids just roaming around in the back. I don't know if they have a plan for them but I'd rather my kid roam around in my backyard where he won't fall in a pool. Get your act together or the funding you get will eventually catch up with you.
