Went to cash a larger check $9000 on Friday, knowing they get their shipment in Friday afternoon. Was told they have no money. After making a big deal about it they gave me 4000 of it and the platform guy said they would have the rest for me on Monday. I sent my husband in on Monday and the head teller tried saying the same thing. She did give it to him after giving him attitude. She said next time they need over a week to get it. If that's the case I will take all my accounts and go somewhere else that doesn't give me an attitude and has money. This bank has gone down hill in the last year and half.

Really great branch, Tyler was incredibly helpful in getting my parents accounts squared away after Dad passed and in getting all the paperwork needed for the lawyers, and medicaid.
