I called to order asked for my wings to b fried hard. She said ok. I got these soak n wet wings. I called he said the wings are baked and was rude so I asked for my money back he said no I asked for a credit he said no. They have a call center in India answering their calls and they’re not affiliate with papa johns so be careful when ordering they don’t care

I've had pizza from here for 8 years now and it's usually pretty good for when you don't want to pay an arm and a leg to buy local. That being said, there has been the occasional issue with no delivery drivers over the past few months. I understand that's a problem for many places right now, but things seem to have escalated when I made an online order for pickup yesterday and even though the app was updating the order as being in the oven and counting down the time until it would be prepared, I received a message that the store wasn't actually open yet. This was 11:40 am on a Wednesday. The last thing I'll mention is that the sign you can see in the attached photo was up in the store at the cash register. I was appalled and disgusted by it.
