I get it, everyone is short-staffed at the moment. However, some of the staff at this location on Saturday evening, April 9, 2022, were not very friendly. I came into the restaurant as directed by the website at my scheduled pick-up time. After about a minute of sitting inside the restaurant, I overheard one of the employees say, “UGH! Why are people coming in here?!” I immediately knew I made a bad choice on dinner. Had I not already paid, I would’ve just left right then and there. A young man came to the counter and told me they had to “find my order” and when I asked if I should just sit in my car in the lot or go through the drive-thru, he just mumbled something incoherently. Whatever. 20 minutes later, a very nice young man brought me my food. The food was good and actually packaged nicely; however, they did forget my sauces. Will not be back to this location, but it sadly seems that quite a few KFC locations are turning out this way. Maybe I just need to pass on KFC altogether….it’s expensive as ever, too.

Drove to the KFC on Ohio river Blvd and went in with my 84 year old father after i took him to a doctor's appointment. They told me i could only order food online. Im standing in the restaurant and I can't order anything. How about that? I can't verbally order food to an employee that is standing directly in front of me. I didn't need KFC that bad.

I ordered the 8 piece w/ large sides and biscuits. When I returned home there were only 6 pieces of chicken in the bucket. Management should first train KFC employees how to count chicken.

The food was delicious. I returned a sandwich for grandma. Got chicken sandwich plain. The boss was so professional. Thanks . Will stop again.
