As I believe, I categorize people that work in customer service into three categories: 1) They just don't care enough 2) They care enough just to get by 3) They care and they step up to the plate above and beyond the norm and then step up even more to take amazing care of their customers. The last category absolutely falls into play for Eddie at E.S.S. For me, dealing with storage is not my favorite pastime, (what a shocker huh). I had a few quandarys that would not have easily been resolved and Eddie stepped up to the plate to help me and I am ETERNALLY grateful for him. Had he not done that leeeeeeetle, tiny bit extra, OF WHICH he was under no obligation to do, my life would have had just one more hurdle to deal with. He was kind, thoughtful, communicative and is a HUGE ASSET to this location. If you are the owner of this location, you should know that people like Eddie are NOT a dime a dozen and he should be seen as a massive value to your business. THANKS EDDIE !!!!!!!!!!
