Sales rep Ray Navarrete made buying a car a very pleasant experience. My husband and I can vouch for Ray's talent, knowledge and care. Within minutes of activating an online search, Ray was the first salesperson to call me, offer me a reasonable quote and answer my questions. Even though this was the first plug-in hybrid of its kind that Ray had sold, he knew the features of the model very well and happily made time to walk us through some settings as well as take photos. The entire sales team, including Mike Reyes and Carlos Canon, sincerely valued our business. The dealership owner personally congratulated us. A much-appreciated bonus that elevated our purchase experience was the accessories shop at Lexus of Oxnard -- very well-stocked and run. We truly experienced amazing.

The salesmen are really good and extremely kind I had a great interaction with them. But, the price on which i had booked the car was not honored by the team post its arrival after 2 months wait. A Lesson learned and a friendly advice to take everything in writing if you go and shop here. Not the best experience.

I would recommend Lexus of Oxnard if you’re in the area, purchasing pretty much any car on their lot. We bought a used car from our salesman Gene Diltz. He did his job very well and got us the price we were comfortable with for the vehicle. We purchased this vehicle for our son, and he is very pleased. Gene was very friendly and personable and made the buying experience not uncomfortable at all. If you go to Lexus of Oxnard, ask for Gene. Carlos Conan in the finance dept. was great as well. He explained everything thoroughly and efficiently, not a long drawn out process. Overall, a great buying experience.

What an exceptional buying experience!!!! Buying a car always seems like it’s a battle but Mike Reyes and Lynne Stevenson made this smoother then I ever could have imagined. They were upfront and honest about all charges. They were quick to respond to my inquiries and always treated me as if I was their only customer.
