If they are going to put inexperienced people on the phone at least make them compassionate. Was told my issue wasn't able to be fixed by a dealer after explaining I knew they could. Went to Santa Paula instead where they helped without hesitations.

They did a decent job repairing a collision... But they put the wrong decals on it, then they washed the car in something like acid. Absolutely destroyed all the gloss black accents and rubber trim. Turned them all ashy gray... Had to buy new rims and get wraps put on the door pillars because the paint started to chip. The rubber hasn't been replaced yet. They also didn't complete the repairs; my trunk floor was snapped in 2 and ripped in the collision, now it just collapses when I put stuff in the trunk. I told them about it, but they just didn't do it. Reason I gave two starts is because Greg was super nice and helpful. He's pretty much the only reason I didn't make the dealership replace all the accents they ruined. Had they been snarky about it, I'd sued, considering they took before pictures and I had after pictures.
