I've been to Covina Urgent Care a few times and they are always helpful and friendly. I've done rapid test twice - they come swab you in your care and get the results in 15 minutes. I didn't even have to wait, they call to give the results and can email them. They take our blue Cross insurance so whenever we need quick, sudden medical care we come here. I recommend Covina Urgent Care to all my family and co-workers when a similar need arises.

My husband had a 3 min phone consultation Thursday afternoon. One of the medications that they gave him was making him drowsy and not working, therefore he wanted to change the medication. We were shocked when they wanted to charge him $100 to have another phone consultation for 3 minutes to change his medication. Castellanos family practice along with Covina urgent care are extremely unprofessional. The office manager was extremely rude saying that we are only looking for a free consultation. After he continued to speak over me in a superior tone he accused us several times of wanting a free consultation. He said 3 days had passed since the last consultation. He clearly doesn’t know how to count because Again my husband phone consult was Thursday at 6:30 pm. I advised him that this was unethical. We have gone to other urgent cares and they are so respectful and professional. Which is why I stopped seeking this office for medication attention. yet they keep sending me things in the mail to promote their urgent care and family practice. After my husband left a review regarding his experience. the office manager had the nerve to comment back on my husband’s review calling me a savage and crazy. Very unprofessional and it shows how they lack customer service! Stating that I will contact the insurance and advising them of the medical neglect that they provided for the consultation is in our right. It is also our right to take any legal measures. All this drama because your office refused to provide proper medical care and failed to give him proper medication. This isn’t the first time this practice has taken advantage of clients. I can go on and on by the medical neglect this office has displayed. Take a look at all the other comments and reviews from this office. your office only seeks to take money which is really sad. Trust me we would never want to step foot in a place that wants to make a quick buck instead of helping people. Let’s see how long it takes for the office manager to reply lol. Again please do not give them your money.

If they misdiagnosed you and prescribed you medication that doesn't work, they'll happily charge you another 100 dollars for another consultation that they had mistaken. So essentially you are literally paying for their mistake. My phone consultation was literally 3 minutes with the doctor. Now they want another 100 dollars for 3 minutes! Unreal

I received the best service and the best care here. After recently becoming exposed to COVID-19, I spent hours searching for a rapid test. A friend recommended Covina Urgent Care to me, so I took a chance and rushed to the clinic. The registration and check in process was paperless, which made me feel safe, and the entire staff was so nice and caring to help answer any questions I had. The test was administered while I was in my car, and I received results just a few minutes after. I highly recommend Covina Urgent Care to anyone, and have already referred a few friends and family who also had a great experience.
