Like a good neighbor State Farm is there is not just their slogan, Ray is a true living example of this. He took my request on a holiday while his office was closed. I am beyond satisfied with the service and quote I received. I thought I would pay so much more due to my driving record and with a brand new car. I was surprised and happy with the results. Ray was amazing! I don't know why I didn't start here. I felt he was a no pressure agent. He didn't make me feel that it was about closing the deal. It was putting the customer (me) first. He was very customer focused and spent his time to understand my situation and listened to my insurance concerns and the factors behind why I was shopping and made a plan to build an insurance solution to meet my needs. It was a process of steps to make it work. Not limited to Cost, coverage, but knowing that he is there with me every step of the way to make this happen and keeping me posted along the way. I was very impressed with Rays insight of the complex ins and outs of the insurance policies & mechanisms, experience, and over all knowledge and the ability to think outside the box to make it work.
