I was looking at getting a new Ford Ranger. There are many dealers close to where I live, but I reached out to multiple dealers looking at my options. I typically hate car buying. The intrusive salesman when you just wanna look at something, the waiting at the little table in the middle of the showroom for who knows what to be done in the back. Negotiations. Hate it all, wish I could just add to cart like Amazon. But Angelo and Ruben at Sunrise made it pretty painless for us. We still had to wait but that’s to be expected because nothing is ever simple with all the legalities we have to put up with now. However, Angelo our salesman was very accommodating and even let me use a phone charger while we waited. Ruben our finance officer was very friendly and helped make it as painless as possible. Communication during our ordering process was very good. Orders taking forever to come is no fault of Sunrise. People are spending hard earned money making purchases here, how about making the customers feel a bit more appreciated? Food makes everyone happy! New Ford and some food, can’t go wrong!
