This is one of the best things in the Bay Area. I mean that. It is a gem, it is a marvel, it is a voice from the past reaching out to say "cherish and love your children, spend time with them, and the best activities you can share are public and open to all." I want to commend especially the young people who work here: always polite, respectful, and enthusiastic. You really champion the special spirit of the place and provide great role models. Thank you!

8-15 minute train ride through the park. Fun for the kids. Went on a Sunday afternoon and only had to wait one round to get in.

Train open as 03/20/2021. Ride is about 3min. Each ride they reinfect train and each party 6feet part with mask on 😷 - no food or drinks during ride.

Best place to take the little ones for the afternoon. My kids grew up riding the train and carousel and they loved it. Nothing beats handing your ticket to the train conductor, finding an open seat and enjoying riding the rails for 10 minutes. This is a well run professional operation that can always use a donation. Great fun having our own little train station and park so close.

I was there a few weeks ago and needed a ticket to go with my 4yr old.
Yes. Its the best way to see the lights and not wait for the long queue of cars that drive though. Come from the Los Gatos Rd. side of the park on Blossom Rd. To avoid the traffic.
$3 for adults. Children under 3 are free with a paying adult. Disabled ride free.
