We arrived very early, they checked us in and called us when the room was ready (which was 1.5 hours earlier than checkin). Gabby was extremely friendly and helpful!! The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bartender Meg was amazing and had a smile the whole weekend. And the drinks were greatly priced!! Highly recommend Penfield Hampton Inn!!!

This hotel is about 20-minutes from RIT which was the number 1 reason for staying there as we had a college visit. The rooms are updated, complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the fitness center was simple. The Nook bar is cute and boasts a nice tv w/ a great bartender. And the staff were super helpful, answered all my questions. There are lots of restaurants in the area to order from.

This is an amazing hotel, the beds were comfortable and the room was really nice. They have 2 j1772 ev chargers on the side of the building. The fresh breakfast was always good. And the staff were VERY nice and helpful. I would always stay here again if I am in the area.

Comfortable. The 3rd floor is also the exit to the rear parking area if you want to pick your room early. Stayed here a lot and the bananas are never good. Coffee is hot. They have a ton of food options and the seating is spacious. They also have the nook bar in the evening and snack and cold drink pantry by the lobby. Staff have always been nice.
