Mavis on Mt. Hope is the only place to go! They have been changing over my snow tires for years. I had to purchase new tires and Stephanie went above and beyond to help me! Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about her and this shop. Honest, friendly, caring environment. Extremely hard to come by these days. Amazing customer service every time! Definitely recommend!

We hit and damaged the tire on our way to an important meeting. We were devastated to find most auto shops closed or require an appointment and we thought we can't go anywhere until after the 4th of July holiday. We were so relieved to find Mavis Discount Tire opened and we hoped they will be able to give us an appointment just less than one week. To our surprise, Stephanie started taking records of our current tire and explained the options we have for the new tire without making us wait at all. She was very professional and clear and answered all of our questions. The team worked on the tire quickly and we drove back with a new and sturdy tire in just few minutes. This is our first time trying Mavis but will definitely come back and highly recommend. Thanks Stephanie and everyone!

Went in to get my winter tires removed and summer tires mounted and balanced. Great service. Unfortunately they were short staffed and couldn't do an inspection or alignment but that's not the fault of the store. I'll go back another time for the other services.
