I picked this company to do a once off clean on my 3-bed house cos they offered a great price plus they were recommended by a friend who had previously used them and couldnt speak highly enough about them. I wasnt disappointed, i thought they were fantastic. Efficient from the moment i first contacted them, they turned up on time and the staff were very friendly and professional.

My son and daughter-in-law moved out of their one-bedroom apartment. They had used Mya before and liked them so I said I would gift their moving clean out. The two women did a good job. They were prompt, efficient and very pleasant. But after they left, I felt that the kitchen floor could have been cleaner. I was flicking little pieces of dirt off with my fingernail! Maybe it needed another go over. Overall, it was a fine job. The customer service is great! They’re a bit pricey (with added tip) but I didn’t do much research into other services and their reviews were good.

I will say that Mya Cleaning Services had had the best customer service that I've ever dealt with. They have offered and outstanding level of customer service to my tenants in the building and to us the managing partner for the owners asset. Manager has always provided me the level of service that I expect. They have always been on time and always have communicated with me with their service.

Mya Cleaning Service provides professional cleaning services around Los Angeles and Las Vegas surrounding areas mainly Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Culver City, North Hollywood, Studio City, Summerlin and Henderson.
We send a team of three or two people depending on the job. You can get precise information about how many house cleaners we will send by calling 424-278-5828.
We have three levels of security in place. First off, the booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly the booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
If something goes wrong we are here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you.

The cleaners bring their own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to pass the information to them. Alternatively, your cleaners can use green products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so your cleaners can plan for this.

If you’re not content with your cleaning, your cleaners have agreed to come out and completely re-clean your home (within a 3 day window). Please note we do not process refunds for services already provided by your cleaners.
All cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. They all have many years of experience and are very honest with their time and their work.
