Be on time trucker.. i was 15 minutes late due to traffic and they charge me $185 late fee. The guy at the check in is so rude asking late fee. Question is They care about their own time but what about the time of a trucker you guys took to load or unload. Truckers time is more precious than yours. 👎

Arrived early had to wait until appointment time. Check in was very slow. They had only one clerk on 2nd shift. Waited in line for over 15 minutes each time. Took over 2.5 hours to unload. Mask is required for drivers Checking in. But warehouse personnel don't need to wear any. As much as I been to this facility. This was the worst experience I have ever had. This is the americold in Ontario CA.

I too, expected a horrible experience. To my surprise, only waited about 20 minutes for a door. Once backed in, quick unloading started. Minus one star for a horribly tight lot, little room for tricky backing. Hopefully the door that ends up left of your door is empty.

By far the Worst americold warehouse first time here and checked in at 5:30 am Appointment at 6 AM it is now 9:50 AM and they have not started to load me yet or even open the doc door…. They are so quick to charge you a late fee they should pay us Instead for taking a long time to load it
