Keys were made with no problems but the process is a little slower than I thought it would be. Having 3 copies of 2 keys being made probably took at least 15 minutes. The ease of being able to do it while I was at the store for other things helped.

One key works the other one didn't. Lost money on one key. Just glad other one did. Master key was very worn.

Kiosk was easy to use and I was able to use my credit card for payment without any problems. I also liked that I could make more than 1 copy of the same key AND make copies of a different key in the same transaction (without having to rescan my credit card). There was a great selection of keys to pick from.
