LOVE Freshh Donuts in this plaza as well as Healthy Wok, but this plaza is really missing out not having a good anchor store to replace Fresh and Easy. Putting a Dollar Store here feels like a step down rather than truly serving the community with a high-quality, affordable grocery store like Whole Foods 365 to compete with the other big box grocery stores and offer more than just cheap, plastic, processed goods. Would love a specialty coffee shop, brewery, or vegetarian-friendly restaurant, too to offset the crowding of the other coffee shops in the area and offer more diversity of food options in this city, which is largely dominated by mainstream franchises and fast food. Chino Hills has really fallen behind its neighbors when it comes to the food culture, and this shopping center has not served its community well as a gathering place along with the wonderful park across the street.
