The joke of this place is always on "The People" because the "Voters" don't run nada and three crooked lawyers always decide your fate. A real sespool for injustice, a continuation of Colonial Oppression, and an institution run by Alien invaders that have no Indian or Mexican blood but decide what the "law" is and how to live your life in California as they see fit according to their Globalist masters and European agenda. Many that work here are not from California and have no Ancestors to this Native Land (Indian Territory). A mill house for manufacturing lies after lie, and paid in full by and for by Taxpayers of California, pendejos!! This place is living proof that the Voters and Taxpayers are clueless and dumbfounded as to what is actually happening in the California Government and Society, and it will never change as long as you have greedy, racist, and sexist lawyers parading as "Justices", fake and elitist democrats deserve 💩

They deny Mexican-Americans such as myself our legal rights, still.

The is hardly a person who can address the Court of Appeal as theirs, I am sure not the one, but you have an option of e-filing. There are rules regarding submission which change frequently, especially with everything moving to remote. You may look for California Rules of Court and select title 8 for the appellate.

I need to file a Petition for Habeas Corpus. I have 14 volumes of exhibits because of multiple trials. May I submit the exhibits on a disk or send them electronically?

I believe you need to file a Notice of Lodging, listing the items to be lodged, upload that Notice of Lodging electronically, and then at the counter you should be able to submit the actual items listed in the Notice of Lodging
