The service is okay and friendly. The restrooms are clean and floors at Kaiser. Good location by the 60 Freeway on Vineyard Street. No need to wait too long at the pharmacy. They need more doctors at Ontario. They have enough parking place there. Easy to find. Neighborhood is good.🖒👌

It all started while calling the advice nurse line for Covid. The nurse suggested to go and get checked into Urgent Care . When I went to Urgent (Ontario), the nurse suggested to Emergency because I am already covid +. The staff is really great, but I feel service should be better. If a person has to use restroom- where will they go. Waiting in tents, is not easy with cold wind outside. I saw you get checked in- like first come first serve. You feel bad, when are just waiting for your turn, people you come after you get checked in. People come to emergency is mainly because they don't feel well. You well feel more sick staying outside in the Tent. Just waiting & waiting ...

Emergency room, is out of control, they make you wait, 3plus hours and the front desk, say your up next. When in fact your not. When I called Kaiser at 12:30, they told me to go to emergency. And I don’t know why I listened, I’d been better off going to urgent care, I probably would’ve been helped quicker. Arrived at 1:30. Took a Covid test, had to wait an hour for results. 5:40, and still not helped. ): ): Kaiser doesn’t deserve stars, they need sad faces. 6:25 pm never received any care. I was I’ll enough for Kaiser emergency.

WOWWWWW took 2 nurses and 6 pokes later to insert an IV?!??? The white cloth next to arm was accumulating a puddle of blood. Just inexcusable. At one point was told, “Hold on, I don’t know if this is an artery or a vein…” EXCUSE ME?!?!? Was proper training/ schooling provided? This is ridiculous. From having to interpret AND make an appointment for my own lab results. KAISER has failed us more than once. With peoples lives in your hands, you should not get so many chances to be FOOLS.

The mental health is over by the Haven exit and 10fwy by TGIFridays, they recently quit marital counseling options sadly so thats an out of pocket expense now which is ridiculous.
They open at 8:30 am and are open at least until 9pm. They also moved to the main hospital building (building D). Check in at the hospital reception and then urgent care waiting room is on the 2nd floor. Was just there this past week.
Not sure about heart surgery Debbie.... I did just have nuclear heart testing at Ontario, yet praise God🙏...all my tests were clear!!!... Maybe give them a call directly... God bless.
What time does the urgent care close at Kaiser Permanente in Ontario

Urgent care is 9AM to 9PM. I reccomend coming in before 8PM because it's flu season and if your case is not more urgent than what they have already in line or coming in you might be sent to the ER to wait even more or to come back the following day or to follow up with a primary care provider. Have you contacted the nurse phone line?

Is there a needle exchange here at kaiser ontario on vinyard
It varies by time...there's really not a "best time" to go...you can wait 20 minutes or 2 hours...it just depends how many people are there...feel better & God bless y'all.
Had an episode yesterday, shortness of breath, weakness in the legs, dizziness. I was alone and let it pass. Still feeling wonky today. Emergency room or Urgent Care?

First building the building in the back is for Urgent Care and emergency
9 am to 9 PM 7 days a week in the main hospital building - check in on 1st floor, Urgent Care on 2nd floor, area #222, right above the 1st floor check in area. They start check-ins at 8:30 am.
I've been told there isn't a pediatric ward, but perhaps its changed. Call before you head over. They may deliver, but the send you to Fontana to recover.
Yes and no. They do take emergencies, but they don't have facilities for kids. Kids will have to be transferred to Fontana Kaiser if they need to be hospitalized.
