The Metrolink seems to be having some difficulty with maintaining the scheduling of being on time the past few months and being quite cavalier about not providing adequate alternatives to the riders and commuters affected. The new CEO seems to have difficulty with customer service at present. Overall I quite like traveling on Metrolink and these are trying times but the ridership needs to be informed and updated.

I love this transit service! It's very organized and cool. There is one concern that I have though. Shouldn't Metro implement the use of articulated buses on heavily traveled routes like 70 and 76. It's sad to see people miss the bus due to overcrowding. It would make for a better way to get to Downtown Los Angeles. Overall, Metro has great service and very kind drivers. Thank you Metro.
