Cute family owed motel with simple rooms and a welcoming feeling. Last minute need for a motel after a concert at KeyBank in Berketstown and didn't want to waste time searching online. It was like the second or third on the list for "motels near me" from google. It was around 11pm when I called and the owner answered and gave me a flat fee. The motel was only a half mile away and easy to find. Simple rooms; bed, television, air conditioner, smoking allowed; there's no refrigerator or toiletries. The room I stayed in had a retro feel and was quite lovely aside from some minor housekeeping needs. We had vehicle trouble and the owner made sure we were good to go before we left. We'll definitely look this place up if we're out that way again.

Nice quiet little motel. Close to First Niagara Pavilion where me and my wife stay once to twice a year when see concerts down that way. Heading there right now.
