Says “Bar and Grill”…no indication it is a bar only and no one under 21 is allowed in. Would have been very helpful if they had put that information literally ANYWHERE. Most states let kids in a bar and grill. This should be added to your website and front doors. Also, stating we aren’t the only ones that didn’t know that might be a clue to put that information out there.

Love this place! Stellar food and excellent staff. Their wings and pizza are to die for!! If you haven’t tried their food, you are missing out! Highly recommend from a long time customer.

Stopped here for lunch on a weekday. Not very busy at the time, but they were still understaffed. Basically had the bartender holding everything down. The environment there was kinda off a bit. Even on a bright sunny day, it was dark and dreary inside. Also, for those that care, smoking is somehow permitted in here. Could be a deciding factor for some folks. I decided to get the tenderloin sandwich, seeing as how they advertise it as the best Indiana. It wasn't. It was pretty decent, nothing wrong with it, but it was far from the best. Definitely bun-sized, not the traditional, pounded out, "where's the bun?" style tenderloin that you should expect from any place in Indiana. In all, not a bad experience, but for the money, Whit's Inn comes in close to the bottom of my list of places that I would return to.

I didn't realize smoking was allowed inside so that was a downside for me being a non-smoker. My food (not too complicated of an order-grilled chicken sandwich & tator tots) took about 45 minutes to get. The food was delicious, adequate temperature & generous portion. I felt all the regular customers got better attention. I will not return unless I can sit outside, but will give them another chance with service.
