Drive thru is always slammed. Slow processing of customers. My order was slightly messed up. Sharing a drive thru with Fazollis is a poor decision.

I drive a large vehicle and cannot go thru the drive thru. So I parked across the street and walked over only to see "drive through only". Last time I come here. As a native Massachusetts guy, this is downright shameful. Corporate will hear about it.

Usually Dunkin is my go to, for my daily coffee and my kids favorite donuts. I think after this experience I'm just done. After four times of repeating my order, the same thing I get everyday they still had the whole order wrong. Even at the window it took two hand outs and still wrong. Signature lattes are simple it's supposed to be your signature drinks, adding espresso is extra I paid for it didn't get it, didn't get carmal instead was given cinnamon. Happy I outgrew that allergy.

It was easy to stop in and quickly get a dozen donuts as I was passing through the area. The donuts are good and they made people who ate them happy for at least a moment. The coffee is good. The service was excellent and with a smile. The facility was clean.
