First time using this Metro Gold Line from South Pasadena station. The station is pretty small but nice and clean. At this time the line is running from Citrus in West Covina area to downtown Los Angeles area but I heard they will further building the line to reach Pomona area.

There is no metro station designated parking.
Take the train to union station, Los Angeles, and from union station you buy your ticket to emery ville station. If you need more info, there is a info kiosk at union station, have a nice trip

Yes. There are cars designated for carrying luggage that have an open area with no seats to store luggage, bikes, baby strollers, etc. Those cars are marked with yellow signs next to the door with symbols of those items.
