Great customer service. Goes above and beyond to help. I have used David for almost 20 years, for home and auto. I had a recent accident, a roadway object hit my car causing significant damage. It made for a complex claim. David got personally involved with the State Farm claims people to resolve a sticky issue in my favor that had developed several weeks after the accident. And he did it at 8:45 at night. That was going above and beyond, which he has done in the past too.
