This place has went downhill since it was sold in march. The lady in the office is really something. She'll tell you what you want to hear then go behind your back and do something totally different. I'm not the one to call everyone out until they've gone too far and done me or my family wrong. They lie lie lie. They really messed up letting Jeff (maintenance) go. I've been here over 3 years and have personally seen him work day and night, holidays too. I do not recommend this place to nobody. I'm out as soon as my lease is up.

The property manager is very friendly, very knowledgeable, apartments are in a great location, very nice inside, property is clean well maintained.

Property Manager/Owners are awful people. Do NOT rent any property from these people. They are extremely unprofessional and do not take care of their renters. I highly recommend NOT to rent from Single Play or Double Play Investments.
