I ordered some liquor through this store. When it finally showed up a week after they told me it would be there, I went to the store to pick it up. When they rang it up, it was more than $10 per bottle over what was listed on BevMo.com. When I asked the cashier about it and showed him the price difference, he tried his best to rectify the situation. But I was told that was their sale price and there was nothing they could do. Management refused to honor the BevMo price. I went outside and paid the lower price online and signed up for in store pickup. I went back inside and picked up the items for the lower price (which the store refused to match) and was on my way. The cashier was awesome and told me I was his hero, but overall the experience was absolutely ridiculous. From now on while standing in line I’ll be checking all purchases against their advertised on line prices and purchasing from whichever is cheaper. Definitely not the BevMo service they used to have.

My husband went in with his valid government drivers license and was denied service. No explanation aside from that they knew I, his of age wife with an expired ID, was at home. Kay.

The staff here is always great. The selection is satisfactory but the variety could be better. The app it so bad. It doesn't give you any label info. It also doesn't show a picture of the back of the bottles. And it's really frustrating to navigate including the payment page where it takes you to another website and that website makes it hard to enter card info. Overall it's okay. When I know target has a bottle I need I just order it there because it's so much easier.
