I think someone, or all of, management needs to be replaced here. Their customer service is HORRIBLE both on the phone and in person, the website always seems to be not working properly, but most importantly- they get hacked ALOT and do nothing to fix it as aggressively as they should. And they have not once publicly apologized for any of it.

Terrible service. The website has a lot of bugs for paying and it not very user friendly. Once you get out they will keep charging you even if you stopped the service. this review will not matter since its a monopoly and you dont have any other option in burbank. Thats also why they suck.

Special soft and wonderful staff. Like I was used to in Kansas. Efficient and super customer focused. Add to that a historic Art Deco building and you would be happy to buy a ticket just to come inside each month and pay your bill. Bravo!

Wow. I have NEVER had water this awful. I can't rinse a single thing because anything this water touches turns white when it dries. It tastes as bad as all LA water, but since I've seen what it does to my sink and dishes, I bought my own drinking water, until we got a $100 distiller that takes a good amount of electricity to run. And to top it off, this is the FIRST time I'd EVER had to PAY for water in an apartment. So not only is this water detrimental to everything it touches, but now I have to pay for that? Excellent. I was annoyed, but when I got a pamphlet in the mail from them PRAISING their water quality I had to put my foot down. Is a mafia/government or something shady front for something else? Because just telling people a crappy thing is good, does not make it so. If you live in Burbank, you should write to them. If we all just let it go, they'll never change. =(

I have the same issue. I installed a usage and production monitor called Sense. It showed discrepancy with the meter readings. I discussed it with DWP and still waiting for response.
That's not a Bwp project. We don't work that late at night on capital projects.
Still investigating the cause, then troubleshooting a solution. You will be back on as soon as possible. To early to have a timeline.
I have not seen any public EV charging stations @ BWP, you may want to contact them about that.
BWP main office at 164 West Magnolia Blvd.
