“We apologize for any miss-communication. Our records indicate we serviced both of your trailers in May of 2021. We also show you had a least one missed appointment in 2021. We will continue to work on improving our customer communication” since i cannot respond I will on here, your answer is wrong and a lie, you did service a trailer and then this issue arose where i had the appt for a trailer problem and told you i had to miss the appt snd need to reachedule (actually had a death in family did not think i needed to explain myself). you blew me off for weeks to come saying “ 2 weeks, 2 weeks” and 2 months went by and i would call every week asking when I could get an appt. after i gave up calling i called again a month later and you first stated you forgot to call back but then addmited you stated you thought i was mad so you did not call back? Weird excuse but caught in a lie again. And what is the excuse for this year after i thought to give you another chance because I thought you could be a good guy but i was told 2 weeks again and 2 months went by and not a single call? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AS JON IS A LIER. STATES HE PUTS ALL WARRANTY WORK FIRST ALSO. Goodluck getting an appt withing 2-3 months if he treats you as he did me.

2 years in a row jon has told me he will get me on the schedule for trailer service and it will be “ 2 weeks” last year i called in stages of 2 weeks, for over 2 months before i gave up, when i called 3 months later jon stated he decided to not call me back because he thought i was “upset” when all i did was call every 2 weeks asking about my appt asking if he “forgot about me, still NEVER GOT AN APPT! decided to try again this year, it has now been 2 months since i called jon and he told me “2 weeks” with not one call back from him. I bought the trailer from him and thought he was the best even left good review on facebook! Could have save me alot of time and told me he didnt want my business last year.

Great value and excellent service, John had me hooked up and off the lot within an hour of arriving to look at my options. Best place in NY to get a trailer!
