This was my first time ever eating at Pollo Loco, and they did not disappoint! The staff were fast, friendly, extremely efficient! And to top it all off the chicken was absolutely delicious!! I will definitely be back here soon!!

Don't know. Didn't have to go when I was there. If it concerns you, ask them what their policy is. In California, Transgender women and men are allowed to use the restroom of the gender with which they identify.
