You can't ask for a more helpful and honest dealership! I live just over 6 hours away and was able to coordinate and work with Mike K on delivery of my new Seadoo RXT-X 300. His team there helped load my unit right onto my trailer, it was a quick and painless procedure! I would travel any day to this dealer to make a purchase as I can tell they value their customers! I have had nothing but trouble with dealers in my area and could not have had a better experience at Bryce Marine! I know if I have any issues Mike and his team will be there to assist!

They do great work, unfortunately their parts department gave me the wrong spark plugs but did correct the issue.

I called to go on the list for the 2023 Seadoo Switch and I was told I cannot go on the list because I live in Pennsylvania and not New York. I personally would never do business with this company. I’ve never heard of a company turning away business because of where someone lived.

Thanks for asking. Mask are required. Hand sanitizers are readily available. Appointments are highly recommended but not required. Many details can be handled via phone and emails too in order to minimize face to face time. Hospital grade cleaners are used for store cleaning. Upon requests we could review private time meetings if needed. Those with special needs or pre-existing conditions should contact the Store General Manager , Dave Willis, to discuss special needs situations. We aim to be accommodating as we can during these times to your health and the health of the staff.

I have two seafood bombardiers one is a1996 and the other one is a1997 I am looking to get them looked at before I put them in the water.
