Literally a ghost town, don't even bother coming here, you won't even see a human being.

I have done my passport renewals here for the past few year and it always goes smoothly. They are very straightforward with you but with respect. I work in customer service and believe me is not easy to deal with all type of people and their personality. We have to have the patience for all of them. I give props to people in the office. Keep up the good work.

Bad services/ won't let you print a shipping label / I went in with trying to ship a mail with a different USPS mail box, but they said they can't accepted due to the box . I went to ups/ fedex and they accepted a usps shipping mail box. Never again will I go to this postal services.

I have had numerous problems with my mail carrier for last couple of years and it has always come down to him being lazy. Just recently, I was expecting a package. I could see on tracking info that Azusa post office received it, processed it, sent it out for delivery. Yet within minutes, it went from "out for delivery, " to "insufficient address " to "return to sender". When I called to complain, post Master confirmed my address, which tells me my address was legible enough for them to sort it for routes. Rather than leave it at post office for me to pick up, they sent it back to merchant. Now item is sold out!

No.Its free. You need to go at the post office and get a form . It's called change of address form.
yes
It depends on the Post Office. Your best bet is to go here: https://www.usps.com/international/passports.htm And select find a post office. It should tell you the passport services hours and how you can make an appointment. Good luck!
The post office is always accepting, online. Usps.com....careers
Texas is a passport processing hub
Go to post office and have them hold packages for you.
The maximum value is usually $1,000. U.S. Postal Service: Money orders at your local post office are $1.20 for orders up to $500; $1.60 for amounts over $500 up to $1,000. There's one exception: Military money orders, issued by postal military facilities, are 40 cents. If using a debit card, there should be no other limit other than the limit on the money order itself.
no ...the lobby is closed on Sundays
