I never had any problem , the customer service us great , payment arrangements are convenient , pay on line is eazy, drive thru window , all the staff even the Java get are great , 30 years of service with Azusa water , when ever I had a problem , they are willing to help . Communication is tu e best way , they are close on Friday “ keep up the good work “

I’m new to Azusa, but every time I have gone to pay for my service the staff IS VERY WELCOMING FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! I wish I remembered their names I would definitely give them props for outstanding customer service!!! Great job Azusa Water and Power and the people from the 2nd floor too :)

I wish I had a choice, Azusa light and water sucks, never got a bill just a notice that they’re about to shut off my service. So I enrolled in auto pay, now that my cc is about to expire there isn’t an option to update the card info on the website, yet I get emails asking me to do so.

For some reason my bill is a lot more expensive here rather than when I was with Edison, and Edison didn't make me jump through hoops to get on the low income program either!! I was livid this morning because our power went out and was unable to get anyone on the phone, once I did, she wasn't the most polite BUT about 15 minutes later I could hear noise outside and men talking loudly. They're already working on the problem! Thank you gentlemen!! We need our electricity. I have went inside to get information. When i walked in there were 2 women sitting there immediately to the left assisting people who had questions. Well the woman that helped me when I first opened my account was amazing. I don't remember her name (she was the one closest to the door, middle aged or so Caucasian woman) but her customer service skills were amazing. She answered all my questions and when I mentioned I had problems printing out the low income paperwork so she printed one out and explained the way it works. That might seem small to some people but it was HUGE to me, people are so rude these days and she was sweet and had a smile on her face. Thank you!
