Long wait, dry overcooked chicken that tasted like it was cooked multiple times. Prices are outrages. Nothing special.

Ordered through DoorDash: Order of Mac and Cheese not received. The order of wings might have been the wrong spiciness based on the paper that they sat in (ordered spicier and paper indicated less spicy. We have not had the wings before so unable to tell if that was actually just a packaging mistake or a mistake in the wings). Burger was overly greasy and there was an absurd amount of mustard. We also received a chicken sandwich that we did not order. As well, instead of carrots and celery we received an order of fries. The chicken sandwiches were overcooked and look like they were fried in very old oil. Will not being from here again.

The food deserves a 4 star review however the management & employees lack serious customer service skills. The past 5 orders we have placed with wings over rochester there was at least one item either missing or we received something we didn’t order. If you call to let them know, the employees are blunt , clueless and get defensive. We had gotten to the point that we called to make sure everything was in our order correctly and the employee(s) responded with “uhm If you ordered it you’ll get it…” In a nasty tone. In an attempt to ensure we received what we ordered & paid for.. We still had missing items in our order. You can count on two hands the amount of times we have ordered, All but one of those orders we received in less than 1 1/2 hours. Our last order has been well over 2 1/2 hours delivery time. The food is great. If you’re going to order from this location, order it for pickup and check the bag before you drive home.

This place has the best wings I’ve came across since being a child. I feel like going to the store and personally thanking the owner, manager and staff for nice clean quality chicken. Flavor is absolutely fantastic it actually has flavor and just not spice and it’s not your basic hot buffalo or regular hot sauce. Well done guys keep up the quality level and amazing delicious work.
