I went to the garden center to find replacement wicks for tiki torches. Jamica went beyond trying to help me. There have been times in the past when it was hard to find any help. I think they have some new hires. I really hope they stay!

I went to Home depot to buy some plants for my front yard. While I was there I try to ask a lady who work there where I can find one plant so I went to her and asked Hey can I ask you a question and she answered me NO and walked away. Rude!!! Then I looked around and I saw same lady talking to another lady who also working there and I came again and ask Can I ask you a question and she answered NO and walking away, again! Customer service is very bad! I don’t know what was the problem maybe she doesn’t speak English and I will understand if she say sorry but the way she answered NO and walk away was super rude! I don’t recommend any one to visit this location.

I'm sure this place is no worse than any other Home Depot location. But the way they do business leaves much to be desired. My Dad and I were going to rent their pickup truck to help move some furniture. The website said it was available. We uber there. It turns out not only is it not, but they apparently no longer offer that service to walk-ins; you have to reserve online in advance. Fine, but that sure would have been nice to know earlier. The lady's brusqueness didn't exactly help. And apparently I'm not the only one. An electrician behind me said this location sold him the wrong length of wire, and were reluctant to help him out.

The staff are hit or miss, when it comes to having knowledge of a particular item, area of the store, or repair job. Sometimes their professionalism leaves little to be desired, too. But, there are some top notch employees who will go out …

I don't believe so, but they can tell you how to do it yourself. If you are talking about rewiring or changing the plug, it is generally easy and inexpensive.
Not this location. PG Plaza is closest HD that rents tools.
I'm a contractor who shops at Home Depot and they do have pipe heat wrap as do many plumbing supply stores and some HVAC suppliers.
Depends on what you want. I like the tile and grout cleaner.
Not much, empty sanitizer wipes, carts don't get sprayed or wiped, people barely keep their distance. The employees are pretty good at making sure everyone has a mask on.
