California Window and Solar was very professional from start to finish on our door and window installation. The installers showed up on time, we’re courteous and did a good cleanup of the house each day they were on the job. I give them 5 stars out of 5 for the window and door installations. I gave each window and door a thought inspection on completion but could not find any defects. Only exception was a broken screen which they tell me the window manufacturer will replace within two weeks.

The office staff was attentive and helpful at the beginning. Jeff came to measure the windows and explain the process. On installation day, the crew was prompt, everything about the job was explained and then they went about their business. I love the new windows and would certainly recommend California Windows & Solar.

Hi Lucinda, Thank you for contacting us with your question. If the window itself is leaking it is covered under Milgard's warranty if you're the original purchaser. If it's leaking where the edge of the window meets the drywall it may be an installation issue and I recommend you contact the company that installed it for you. However, since you have already resealed the exterior, it could be water is getting into the wall at some other location such a the roof and finding its way out around the window. Hope this helps.
