These guys are great. All the drivers are friendly, I've had no issues with their driving and pricingis fair. Only problem just wish there were more drivers. Long wait time at peak hours.

My boyfriend and I have used this taxi service on several occasions because of issues with our vehicle and they have never been short of amazing. When my son was in the ER they were prompt to get us when he got discharged. Anytime my boyfriend needed a ride to or from Pittsfield they always had our back. Thank you all for the hard work!

Unreliable service. Scheduled the cab at 8 am, called to make sure they took credit cards. They called and cancelled right before pick-up stating cash only. What business doesn't take credit cards? Very unprofessional. And the reply RJ’s sent shows they discriminate against people with addiction and other symptoms!

Absolutely, we’ll do weekly time calls... there’s a 15 minute window so your pick up would be between 1:30-145am
Yes. Only requirement is a day before notice, so that we can have a driver available. Cost is $150 cash up front, one way to Albany.
