This is one of those great "you never know what you'll find" stores. Surprisingly varied cosmetic and skincare section, as well as shoes, handbags, clothing, homegoods and accessories.

We gave this place a second chance. Sadly we were once again disappointed. Despite the Nordstrom name, the store is very run down and tired looking with mismatched concrete floors in places and maybe carpeting? While friendly, a staff member had no idea what a Henley style shirt was. The clothing was way over priced especially for the quality and selection.

Staff is great at the colonie mall location. Clean store. Great sales convenience location on bus line great trends and staff is amazing polite and professional

Needed a leather belt in a larger size in a variety of styles to choose from. And after coming up empty handed in one store after another, and not finding anything I liked or could trust the quality of online, Nordstrom Rack had exactly what I needed at a price that was great too! I am so happy to still have brick and mortar stores like this when online and other chain store shopping came up empty for what I needed.
