This dealership and it’s employees are the worst. I wish I bought my vehicle somewhere else. Honestly, I wish I never did business with Goldstein Buick GMC. Overall just the worse establishment I’ve ever dealt with. Biggest mistake of my life was to go to a Goldstein establishment. Communication is horrible, attitude is horrible, all they do there is lie. Definitely not a company that puts its customers first. The collision center is mediocre at best when it comes to being professional, I can’t be done with Goldstein Buick GMC fast enough. This place is just really bad when it comes to being honest, reliable, transparent and trustworthy. I was offered incentives to give a good review (pretty obvious I declined). I get being offered incentives for unsatisfactory service but for a review, biggest joke ever! BAD PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE AND/OR GET IT REPAIRED.

It was the easiest experience we've ever had buying or leasing a car. We visited other dealerships and were met with high pressure sales techniques and sometimes even a bit rude. Our salesman Zach was fun, easy going, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We were given figures on several cars without pressure. We used to hate getting a new car for the reasons stated however, since dealing with Goldstein We don't feel the stress. Your staff is great, reception, body shop, service, sales and business office. Love our new car and Thanka for everything. P.S. your coffee is very good also.
