Everyone was great to work with especially during this pandemic! We moved from Wisconsin and everything went very smooth when we had to contact Cortesia on short notice. They have been very easy to work with and although parking for the first day was hard we have found that we usually get a front row spot and if you do need an assigned spot they are very cheap! Landscaping is very nice. Neighbors seem to be friendly and the community is kept well clean. Workers are often riding around and fixing things which is a good thing in my opinion. Apartments are very large with large closets. I have the three bedroom and it has been perfect.

In my experience, I have never encountered such qualified, efficient, and responsive Maintenance personnel. My repairs are addressed on the same day I submit...and I've lived here almost 1.5 years, and their record is still 100% . Kudos to Bill and Amir.

RENTERS BEWARE, you over pay for the size of place other places are cheaper and bigger in the same area. They never enforce the parking so if you pay for a spot and someone else parks in it o well. They give tenants no notice for property repairs to community. They changed mail boxes without warning or notice, so none of the old keys worked, no new keys ready or any notice or keys out immediate which is mail tampering. if they do the notice is the workers pulling in . And all they redo over and over incorrectly is the asphalt they never seal it so it tracks everywhere. They don't enforce multiple dogs in apartment rule had multiple yipppers in unit below me that owner let go to the bathroom everywhere, like others there they don't pick up after there dogs. They never have your paperwork on time and they never return calls no one seems to know what's going on. When I moved in day one, the toilet had fecal staining and was very dirty, same for the stove very greasy dirty, the garbage disposal backed up with previous owners yucky and my heat wasn't on as well as my tub drain would never drain and was always backed up. After moving they still have yet to refund me the balance of over paid rent. RENTERS BEWARE

Been living in one of the 1BR apartments for a little over a week now and most of the reviews that I have read on Yelp have been true to a degree though some user exaggerate some of the problems. Some pros and cons: Pros: -Affordable and the most space (both living and storage) for the buck. -Professional staff (so far) -Nice ammenities such as a decent gym, pool and BBQ area -Pet friendly (after more security deposit and increased monthly rent) -Overall, nice apartment layout. Cons: -Parking does get crowded after ~8:00pm. I have yet to need to park on the street as some have said and the walk back to the apartment doesn't take more than 3 minutes or so. Reserved parking can be purchased. -I have seen the garbage and recycling area near by apartment become overflowing but was completely cleaned out the next day. -Only personal checks, MOs and cashiers checks are accepted for monthly rent. Electronic payment would be very convenient.
