Highly disappointed in ALL WNY Goodwills Currently, 2 years after the beginning of the pandemic and were allowed to be un masked in public and they CANT open the bathrooms! Shopping with a 6 year old and they refused to open the bathrooms. And their was no stores currently open in the plaza.

I always seem to find great clothing at a cheap price 😁unbelievable 👍 and the employees are very nice...the cashier Dylan was very nice checking me out with two golf shirts that are in excellent condition for $5 each and he threw in a free hand sanitizer for me👍😁

Had to pay with cash because the card thingys weren't working at all the locations, but other than that it was great. I got a nice pair of shorts and the cashier was very nice. (Sorry the picture is blurry)

Hi Catherine, We have an attended donation center at our Colvin-Eggert Plaza location and would gratefully accept your donations. You'll see the "Donation Center" sign on the building when you pull up; it's to the right of the store entrance. We are open seven days a week from 10-7. We turn donations into the workforce programs that help people prepare for, find and keep jobs, and we appreciate your support.
We do not offer a pickup service but gratefully accept donations of gently used items at our attended donation centers.
We are in the process of expanding and remodeling our Colvin-Eggert Plaza store to make it bigger and even better. We are open during construction right next door. Just look for the three big signs in the window. Thanks for shopping with us and supporting our mission!
