UPDATE 12/15: I texted the manager Mr. Mead, he didn't even replied my text ! Original Review: I had a flat tire on my bmw in big bear lake area, found these folks on yelp, called them and they asked for all info needed ( tire size, make , model, year ) and scheduled and appointment for me. When i arrived there (My car was towed there ) , first they said They don't see any appointment scheduled, when I insisted they confessed there is one in the system but they don’t have my tire size! They wasted my time, money, … Don’t trust them.
