1. Tech arrived two hours late 2. Performed and inspection (took 1 hour max) I got charged two hours plus to many fees… my invoice was over $900. Tech couldn’t fix it, he said he needed to order new parts and if we wanted to fix it it would take over $1900. 3. I ordered the parts and installed them myself. I spent $150 total. Got my oven fixed. 4. Do yourself and your business a favor and never use Tech 24. There are plenty of other local techs around the area. We as a business feel scammed by Tech24 Below this comment, they say they are sorry and want me to call a number… they transfer me to a machine and just waist my time… Useless company 😤

Absolutely a scam. They charge you a "travel fee" of $140 every time they come to you ... How is this even generated? then on top of that $30 "truck fee". So let me get this straight ... I have to pay for your travel time AND I have to pay for YOUR truck. .. On top of that they charged me 2 hours for something I told them over the phone, I even left the machine open and ready. Should have taken them 10 minutes max to diagnose a bad electrical relay. ... call someone else.

The toaster maker refer Tech24. Should be charged to the maker, but charged my credit card. After 4 months, still not cleared.

Unbelievable... Shameful Business Practice... I contacted my appliance manufacture for a referral to an authorized repair service and was given Tech24 as that company. I figured I could rely on them to be honest and efficient since why would a major kitchen equipment manufacture refer anything less. Well, long story short, I was mistaken. I should have known from the get go when they made me go through a process of getting my credit card account setup etc... I had equipment down and I went through a 2 day process before they would even schedule to come out. I should have known again when they quoted and outrageously high price just to drive out, but I needed the equipment fixed so I agreed. Here we go... Tech comes out, spends over 1.5 hours looking at simple equipment issue of pilot light and finally throws his hands up, tells staff the item is a fire hazard and he will send us a quote to fix it. Keep in mind, the unit is 4 years old and we take care of our stuff... DRUM ROLL - quote comes for over $3,000 to repair the unit... Bigger DRUM ROLL - the unit brand new costs $950 online today (I paid $1,150 for it 4 years ago). The quote essentially had them rebuilding the entire unit, when the issue was the pilot wont stay lit. WHO GIVES A QUOTE OF $3,000 for a $950 unit? Subsequent to this, and just as I presumed - I had a local equip guy come out for $75, he had the unit up and running within 30 mins and with the new part and labor was out the door for under $300. Lesson - the authorized repair guys ... maybe not the best to go with. TECH24 - I apologize for writing a review that is so terrible, maybe this is not who you are all the time, but it's an accurate representation of the service I received and everything about it screams that you were trying to rip me off, a small business trying to stay afloat.... I will never use your services, never recommend your service, and will absolutely notify the manufacture of this terrible service experience. You should be ashamed of yourself for sending me a $3,000 quote on a $950 piece of equipment.
