Didn’t get a greet in an empty store with only a few people. I get they were helping someone , but not even a “hello”. Waited 15 minutes then left promptly. Also, couldn’t get through to Verizon. Will be leaving this provider.

The technician who helped me to set up my iPhone did an excellent job! There was a problem with getting the account set up but, Zoilo Ventura went the extra mile to make sure I got everything set up and operational.

I just bought a Galaxy s10 after 10 years of apple and I really regret it. nothing but os issues: crashes, memory issues, bugs. wiped partition cache, didn't help. Samsung says said to take it in for service... can you fix Samsung phones?
