First time there. The guys patched up my tire and I’m very pleased with their work and service! Sal was very helpful and took care of me. The owner was also very nice.The technician took great care of my vehicle. My go to for all my tire needs. Thanks guys!

I've been a longtime customer of Wheel and Tire, dating back to before it was sold to it's current owners. I've taken at least 3 different cars there over a span of 8+ years for all service and tire needs and have been overall satisfied. I did notice a huge change once the new owners took over a few years back - as he's certainly no CJ (previous owner). This week, our car broke down and I had my car towed to their shop and they wound up quoting me a laundry list of items that needed repair, totaling $4K. After contemplating whether to repair or sell the car, I decide I wanted to sell it - and sent a tow truck to get it towed away. When I notified Wheel and Tire, they told me they wanted to charge me $80 for an inspection fee that could be applied towards a repair if I chose to do so. Before this, there was no mention of any fee to see why my car had died. Naturally, I pushed back and said that I was never notified of any fees, was a long-standing customer and felt that I was being nickel-and-dimed. After all, I've been a loyal customer even after the ownership change. Needless to say, they rudely told me that they didn't need my business and to never come back. I wasn't rude or being an a-hole at all. And to think that I've continued to support this independent shop even after the ownership changed hands and their friendliness and customer service level deceased. I'm pretty disappointed at how this was handled and I'm sorry to say that this shop has now lost a customer for life. Going forward, I will not be taking any of my cars back here, nor can I recommend them to anyone else. In the old world, I know that CJ wouldn't have handled such a small, petty matter in this way. However, since there is a clear shift in ownership, attitude, and approach to customer service, I'll look for a new shop that clearly communicates any fees upfront, doesn't try to nickel-and-dime their customers, and appreciates longtime loyal customers.

I've had repairs done on my 04' Volvo S80 for various issues, and everytime they have been extremely helpful and upfront about what needs to be done and things that can wait, and have worked with me in terms of (as best they can) the cost of the repairs. Great place to get wheel or suspension work done.

(Update) I found tire pressure alarm on my way to work. Of course I could not make a schedule and just visited here. They checked all my tires right away and gave me detail explanation why the alarm was on. Thanks again and I'll visit again to change my old tires after running 5,000 miles more with make an appointment :) This place is the best. I had a nail in my rear tire and I went to here to change my rear tire without made an appointment. They finished it in just 45min!! Kind and nice quality of service and clean quiet waiting place during work. I really recommend this place - Kwan
