No updates or notices that apps to order food don’t work, two; no napkins offered when food is delivered, no follow up on how food was& if anything else was needed. Please make some kind of effort towards your guests. The movie was great but these need to be addressed. I might choose another location in the future.

Was honestly disappointed. They no longer serve adult beverages to the seats - you have to go to the bar for that. Also, after a certain point, you can no longer order food at your seat. My dinner was a bit late (that is forgivable, there is a labor shortage after all). After I ate my dinner and decided I was still hungry, I found that I couldn't order more via the app. It makes your select what movie/time you're in, but mine was gone. I don't think we were more than an hour in. Definitely different than the 3 or so years since I last went. I pressed my button at the seat that lights up for a waiter, but nothing happened. It just went out after 5 minutes and no one ever came by. They probably simply don't work anymore and you have to use the app (which as I said didn't work) so who knows? Given these changes, imo it makes more sense just to go to a legit restaurant before the movie. Better food, otherwise there's little difference, unless you're crunched for time. Probably won't go again, since it's far out the way for me, and it's main draw is now gone.

First time at any Movie Tavern location and first at a move theather since covid... I wasn't ready. It was Tuesday; therefore, the tickets were much cheaper than the regular price and they gave out a small free popcorn. I love that there are food choices beyond the usual Movie theater snacks - i.e., popcorn, soda, candy, etc. However, I ordered pretzel bites as I was leaving and they were very fresh and delicious. I did not feel comfortable eating in the theater because seating was not spaced out and people had their masks off while eating. Otherwise, the seats were recliners and were comfortable and the theater (area I was sitting in & bathroom) appeared to be clean. When the covid breakout numbers go down, I'll come back.

I live nearby and have been here often. The picture quality & audio are good, but the Service is always spotty here. Since the pandemic, they’ve stopped seat service, so you now have to pick up food & drinks from the bar, forcing you to miss part of the movie if you didn’t know to order beforehand. I really don’t understand why they made this change & wish this and the rationale behind it were better communicated. Also—seat E9 in the last theater on the left doesn’t recline
