So all I needed was an oil change. It's a 15 minute process at most. I needed my car back before 4pm and dropped it off first thing in the morning and expressed clearly that 4 PM was a hard limit for me so please let me know if you can deliver on this. Rob expressed clearly that it wouldnt be an issue in the least. I called (talked to joe) in at 3 PM to make sure it was ready and they didn't even start it yet and said maybe 415 or 430 was the estimate. Not sure why I bothered trusting this place with their word. It really turned into an issue and they basically blamed there lack of professionalism on everyone but themselves. Especially me! Words were had between us, Rob snuck out of the building and left the premises in his vehicle so that he didn't have to face his lies and Joe just covered with the whole "short handed" excuse that all the slackers use these days. Dont promise people things that you can't deliver! We wont forgive you. With that, I will absolutely be looking for a new place to take all my vehicles for tires, inspections and oil changes. Probably just go to the dealerships. It's a shame, all the guys had to do is say sorry about that and pull their heads out. Could have been simple. Upon reading the low score ratings for this store I fully understand what people mean by the underlying dishonesty of the characters that inhabit the building. Go somewhere else. Dont learn the hard way by wasting time, money and energy with these clowns. Good luck tires plus, I see you...

Brought my vehicle in because it kept pulling to one side. Ignored for awhile, but when highway driving; thought it was time to have “my guys” take a look. And, that’s how Tires Plus on Bethlehem Pike in Flourtown treat your vehicle, and make you feel. With all the customers that this location gets daily; you are treated as if “you” are that special one. Anyone that enters these Tires Plus doors are greeting enthusiastically; like seeing an old friend. On occasion, I’ve waited for my vehicle, and the front desk staff will ask if I need anything, and then almost apologize if the wait is perceived long. But, no worries. Front desk staff, and the technicians are continuously helpful, and are completely honest, even with repair news that may give you “sticker shock “. I’ve been coming here for all my car needs, and have never been disappointed. Tires Plus are tires, and a whole lot more.

What can I say? My vehicle decided to conk out! On me Battery just DIED!! And the guys at Tires Plus, were the only one’s open on a Sunday. Advance Auto Parts tried to swindle me out of $400 for a new Alternator when all I needed really was a new battery. They were available, kind, courteous, friendly and accommodating. Since that day I’ve had my vehicle inspection, new tires, shocks, wheel alignment etc….if you’re looking for mechanic’s you can trust!!! YOU WILL FIND THERE HERE AND TIRES PLUS!!
